Pricing Policy

Raw4Pawz Ltd make every effort to ensure that the pricing and other information contained within the website is correct and current. However, if an error occurs in the pricing of a product or any other error is found, Raw4Pawz Ltd cannot be held responsible. The user accepts and acknowledges that information, products and services on this website may include errors or inaccuraccies.

Delivery

We currently only ship goods to mainland UK. If an order is placed outside mainland UK then the system will cancel the order and refund cost. For delivery options, please visit our Delivery Page.

Contract

Full Payment for Raw4Pawz ltd Goods must be received before your order can be accepted. Once payment is received a confirmation of your order will be sent via email address provided by yourself. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Please check the confirmation email carefully and notify us immediately via email if there are any discrepancies.

We reserve the right to cancel any contract between us if:
1. We have insufficient stock
2. We cannot deliver to your area
3. Adverse circumstances beyond our control
4. one or more of the items ordered was priced incorrectly due to typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.

If we have to cancel your contract we will notify you via email and will refund to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit or debit card within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any compensation for any disappointment or inconvenience caused.

Customer Details

We never sell or forward on our customer details. In addition we don store customers credit details. If you pay online then your payment will be processed by our secure encrypted system which means that we never see your credit card or debit card details.

Cookies

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns of goods unless received damaged or unfit on arrival which was out of customers control. You must contact us within 12 hours of receiving the goods with evidence.

In the above instance, consideration will be given for a full refund or replacement product sent.

Returned/refund of raw food is not accepted once left the store due to health and safety reasons. We would be unable to to resell raw food due to risk of contamination or defrosting issues. ( SEE OUR RETURNS POLICY SECTION)

Liability Disclaimer

The entire liability of Raw4Pawz Ltd for any claim shall not exceed the price of the products supplied by Raw 4Pawz Ltd. However, Raw4Pawz Ltd or their agents cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss incurred by using this website.

In no event will Raw4Pawz Ltd , their employees, contactors, suppliers, agents, affiliates, website designers, web host or assigns be liable to ANY party for any indirect or direct or consequential or incidental costs arising out of or in connection with this agreement, web content or website links.
